Innovative Design
Long time friends and clients, Irving and Les Bernstein, worked with Phil to remodel their 1970’s home. Phil constructed a spacious modern living space by opening the walls and ceilings on the main level and supporting them with exposed metal beams. The open floor plan provided sweeping views of the bay from every angle.
“Phil Kline has been our contractor for well over 25 years. He is professional, responsible and operates with the utmost integrity. His teams are always highly competent and friendly.
We could not imagine doing any renovations and projects without him.”
An eclectic kitchen built with custom maple cabinets and warm wood countertops adorned by a beautifully inset fireplace opening out to the deck inspires cozy meals at home. A steel staircase leads you to the second story loft with glass walls. The wrap around deck with glass railings allow for a 180 degree view of the valley and bay.
